K-300 CF Gauge
The K-300 CF Gauge is a capacitive thickness sensor designed for installation in the collapsing frame of the blown film line. Due to the rotation of the die or the haul-off, depending on the line configuration, it measures the complete thickness profile of the bubble. The software Profilstar.Net shows the linear profile, circular profile, trends and much more. Together with the Profilstar.Net, the K-300 CF Gauge forms the perfect package to retrofit existing blown film lines.
Application
- Contact thickness measurement in the collapsing frame
- Suitable for films made of PE, PP and comparable materials
- For non or slightly tacky films with non-sensitive outer layers
- Conditionally suitable for barrier films with a maximum of 5% PA, EVOH and comparable materials
